INSTRUCTIONS: MICHIGAN INVENTORY (CONSERVATORSHIP) (Form PC 674)
A Michigan conservator must serve the completed inventory discussed in this article on all interested persons as required by state court laws, as well as with the court. The document can be obtained from the website maintained by the Michigan Courts system.
Michigan Inventory (Conservatorship) PC 674 Step 1: Check the box where indicated if this is an amended inventory.

If the property is owned by both the protected individual and others, specify the type of ownership in the description and check the box in the third column.
