INSTRUCTIONS: WASHOE COUNTY DIVORCE COMPLAINT WITH MINOR CHILDREN (Form D7)

Washoe County Divorce Complaint With Minor Children D7 Step 1: The first document in this package is a Civil Cover Sheet briefly summarizing information about you, your spouse and the type of divorce being sought. Sign and date the form.

Washoe County Divorce Complaint With Minor Children D7 Step 2: The second document, the Family Court Information sheet, requires information about you, your spouse and your children, including your Social Security numbers.

Washoe County Divorce Complaint With Minor Children D7 Step 3: The third document, the Personal Case Information sheet, provides information about you and your spouses, including your employment statuses, your children and the type of jurisdiction possessed by the court where you are filing.
