INSTRUCTIONS: NEVADA COMPLAINT FOR DIVORCE (WITH CHILDREN) (Form Ex. E)
Either spouse may represent themselves in a Nevada divorce involving children provided they have been a resident of the state for at least six weeks. This article discusses the Nevada Complaint For Divorce (With Children) which must be filed to initiate the separation process. This form Ex.
