Colorado Order Appointing Court Visitor JDF 809 Step 13: Indicate with a check mark whether the visitor fee is the responsibility of the petitioner, to be submitted to the court and paid at state expense or to be determined at a later date by the court. The judge, magistrate, probate registrar, or (deputy) clerk of court should sign and date the last two blank lines.
