INSTRUCTIONS: ARIZONA MOBILE HOME/RV PARK SUPPLEMENT (Form 82300-5)

When filing a claim stating that the value of Arizona property has been assessed incorrectly using the valuation method, an affidavit of income expenses is filed using a form 82300. Supplemental form 82300-5 is filed if the property concerned is a mobile home or recreational vehicle (RV) park. Both forms can be obtained from the website maintained by the Arizona Department of Revenue.

Arizona Mobile Home/RV Park Supplement 82300-5 Step 2: On the second line, enter the property's county/book/map/parcel number. If this is an economic unit, list the number for the lead parcel.

These include expenses related to heating or cooling, roofing, floor coverings, appliances or water heaters, multi-unit painting, or other. If the latter, you must provide a written explanation.

Arizona Mobile Home/RV Park Supplement 82300-5 Step 11: Document all disallowed and actual expenses for the last three years as directed on the second page.
