When filing a form 82300
affidavit of income and expense relating to a dispute over the assessment value of an Arizona
property based on the valuation method, a form 82300-1 should be filed by those filing a claim relating to an apartment complex they own. This document can be obtained from the Arizona Department of Revenue.
