INSTRUCTIONS: ALABAMA INVESTMENT OPTION ELECTION FOR NEW ACCOUNTS (Form RSA-1 EN IOE) Alabama public employees enrolled either in the RSA-1 or DROP retirement funds may elect to have part or all of their fund invested in stocks rather than fixed investments. This is done by filing a form RSA-1 EN IOE. This document can be obtained from the website of the Retirement Systems of Alabama and can be filed once a year.
