West Virginia businesses must file a form CST-200CU to document their sales and use tax due to the state. This form can be found on the official website of West Virginia. This article discusses the version of the form that should be filed to cover period which ended prior to October 1, 2011. Different versions of the form are available for periods occurring after this date.

Subtract this from line 1 to determine your total sales subject to tax on line 4.
