INSTRUCTIONS: VERMONT RENTER REBATE CLAIM (Form PR-141)
Full-year Vermont residents who paid rent the entire year, who have a household income which does not exceed $47,000, and who paid rent the entire year may apply for a rebate of up to $8,000 by filing a form PR-141. This document can be found on the website of the Vermont Department of Taxes.
Vermont Renter Rebate Claim PR-141 Step 1: Enter your name and Social Security number, as well as that of your spouse or civil union partner if filing jointly.
