INSTRUCTIONS: UTAH APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION - PERSONAL PROPERTY SCHEDULE B (Form PT-020B)

A Utah non-profit can apply for an exemption on property tax by filing a PT-020 regarding real or personal property used for educational, charitable or religious purposes. If you are filing for an exemption regarding personal property, you must also include a Schedule B form, known as form PT-020B. Both forms are available on the website of the Utah Property Taxes division of the state's Tax Commission.

If no, state when the property was or will be acquired.
