INSTRUCTIONS: UTAH APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION - REAL PROPERTY SCHEDULE A (Form PT-020A)

Religious, charitable and educational non-profit Utah organizations may file a form PT-020 in order to seek an exemption on property taxes concerning real or personal property. Those seeking an exemption for real property must attach a Schedule A form for each individual piece of real property.
