Mississippi non-residents and part-year residents who owe income tax to the state use a form 80-270 if they must amend their initial return. This document can be found on the website of the Mississippi Department of Revenue.
Mississippi Non-Resident/Part-Year Resident Amended Individual Tax Return 80-270 Step 1: At the top of the form, enter your name, address and Social Security number. If you file jointly with your spouse, enter their name and Social Security number as well.
