INSTRUCTIONS: GEORGIA EXEMPT ORGANIZATION UNRELATED BUSINESS INCOME TAX RETURN (Form 600-T)
Estates or trusts operating in Georgia which are exempt from business taxes but which are required to file a federal form 990-T to document unrelated business income are required to file a form 600-T with the state as well. This document can be obtained from the website of the Georgia Department of Revenue.
Georgia Exempt Organization Unrelated Business Income Tax Return 600-T Step 1: At the top of the form, indicate with a check mark if filing an amended return, a return amended due to IRS changes, a return documenting an address change, or if a UET Annualization Exception is attached.
Georgia Exempt Organization Unrelated Business Income Tax Return 600-T Step 2: Give the calendar year for which you are filing or the beginning and ending dates of the fiscal year in question.

Georgia Exempt Organization Unrelated Business Income Tax Return 600-T Step 7: Enter subtractions on line 4. Subtract line 4 from line 3 and enter the difference on line 5.
Georgia Exempt Organization Unrelated Business Income Tax Return 600-T Step 8: On line 1 of Schedule 1, multiply the value on line 5 above by 6%. Enter the sum of applicable credits and payments already made on line 2 and withholding credits on line 3. Subtract these from line 1 and enter the difference on line 4.
