INSTRUCTIONS: NEBRASKA INDIVIDUAL INCOME TAX RETURN (Form 1040N)
Nebraska residents, part-year residents and non-residents can use a form 1040N to file their state income tax owed. The document can be obtained from the website of the Nebraska Department of Revenue.
Nebraska Individual Income Tax Return 1040N Step 1: Give your first name, middle initial and last name, as well as that of your spouse if filing jointly. Also provide your Social Security number and that of your spouse if applicable.
