Those who have filed their Oklahoma individual income tax return are encouraged by the Oklahoma Tax Commission to send their check or money order along with a form 511-V to ensure more expeditious processing. However, filing this document is not mandatory. This form can be obtained from the website maintained by the Oklahoma Tax Commission.
