INSTRUCTIONS: OHIO APPLICATION FOR APPORTIONMENT OF FAMILY ALLOWANCE (Form 7.2)

The form discussed in this article is used by an Ohio fiduciary administering an estate to request an apportionment of family allowance from an estate in cases where there is a surviving spouse and children of the decedent who are not the children of the surviving spouse, or in cases where there is no surviving spouse but there is more than one minor child of the decedent.
