Straight or gay couples in New Hampshire may petition to separate without obtaining a final divorce. The New Hampshire Judiciary website has copies of this form. By filing this NHJB-2060-FS, you can request separation of assets, that a parenting plan be put into motion and obtain all other rulings that accompany a divorce short of the decree itself.
