INSTRUCTIONS: NEBRASKA PERSONAL PROPERTY RETURN NET BOOK VALUE
Nebraska residents who own any depreciable tangible personal property other than licensed motor vehicles, certain rental equipment and livestock are required to complete the state's personal property return net book value on an annual basis. This form can be found on the website of the city of Lancaster among other places.

If completing this form for agricultural machinery and equipment, transfer this value from the schedule and enter it in line two.
