INSTRUCTIONS: MONTANA DISABLED AMERICAN VETERAN PROPERTY TAX RELIEF APPLICATION (Form PPB-8A)
Honorably discharged military members residing in Montana who are completely and permanently disabled who meet the income limitation requirements may file a form PPB-8A to seek a property tax exemption on their primary residence. This application can also be filed if you are the surviving spouse of a disabled Montana military veteran. This form is found on the website of the Montana Department of Revenue.
Montana Disabled American Veteran Property Tax Relief Application PPB-8A Step 1: The first section is an "Affidavit of Disabled American Veteran" to be completed if that is the person filing. Indicate whether you are single, married or the head of household. Give your federal gross adjusted income.

Enter your total income and total adjustments in the indicated categories to determine your federal adjusted gross income.
