In cases where the estate of a deceased Montana person requires publication of notification of a hearing concerning the estate by publication in an newspaper, the form discussed in this article should be filed with the court handling the case. Such publication should consist of publishing a copy of the notice at least once a week for three successive weeks in a newspaper in each county involved in the case. If there is no newspaper in the relevant county, publication may take place in a newspaper in an adjoining county.
