INSTRUCTIONS: MICHIGAN ORDER (Form PC 609)
The document discussed in this article is a general order that can be issued by a Michigan court in a matter involving an estate, conservatorship or guardianship in response to any petition filed. This form can be obtained from the website maintained by the Michigan Courts system. Specific order forms that can be used for the purpose stated in their title include an order allowing account(s) (form PC 585b), an order appointing an attorney (form PC 628), an order appointing a guardian ad litem/attorney/lawyer guardian ad litem (form PC 642), an order appointing a physician/visitor/mental health professional (form PC 629), an order appointing a special fiduciary and/or suspending the powers of a fiduciary (form PC 602), an order for administrative closing for a conservatorship (form PC 671), an order of discharge (form PC 597), or an order regarding appointment of a conservator (form PC 640).
Michigan Order PC 609 Step 1: Where indicated, enter the file number.
