Provide the state and county of the corporation at the top of the Articles. State the name of the corporation in part 1, making sure the name abides by state law.

The corporation needs to send a certified copy of the Articles, Certificate of Incorporation, and Initial Report to the office of the recorder of mortgages in the county of the corporation’s registered office within 30 days.
