INSTRUCTIONS: TENNESSEE REQUEST FOR DIVORCE (COMPLAINT) (Form 1)

You may represent yourself in a Tennessee divorce. This articles discusses the request for divorce which is filed in cases that do not involve children, in which the couple has reached agreement about division of assets and debts, and in which at least one spouse has lived in Tennessee for at least six months.
