INSTRUCTIONS: OREGON PETITION FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE/DOMESTIC PARTNERSHIP (Form 1B)

To represent yourself in an Oregon divorce involving children, you can file a petition for a dissolution of marriage or domestic partnership. This Form 1B is available on the website of the Oregon Judicial Department.

Oregon Petition For Dissolution Of Marriage/Domestic Partnership 1B Step 1: At the top of the page, enter the county name. Enter your name above "Plaintiff," your spouse's above "Respondent," and the name of any dependant child over 18 and under 21 where indicated.
