INSTRUCTIONS: NEVADA COMPLAINT FOR DIVORCE NO CHILDREN (Form Ex. F)

Spouses who wish to represent themselves in a Nevada divorce which does not involve children may file a solo complaint for divorce no children. This Form Ex. F can be obtained from the website of the Nevada Supreme Court and is valid throughout the state.

Nevada Complaint For Divorce No Children Ex. F Step 1: At the top of the page, enter your name, address and telephone number, the number of the judicial district of your court and the county. Enter you and your spouse's names again where indicated.

Nevada Complaint For Divorce No Children Ex. F Step 2: In section one, enter the names of the Nevada county where you reside and the state and county where your spouse lives.

Nevada Complaint For Divorce No Children Ex. F Step 3: In section two, enter the date, city or county and state in which your marriage took place.

Nevada Complaint For Divorce No Children Ex. F Step 4: Section three concerns pregnancy. Indicate if the wife is pregnant. If so, give the expected date of birth and indicate whether the father is someone other than the husband.

Nevada Complaint For Divorce No Children Ex. F Step 5: In section five, indicate whether joint assets have already been divided, whether there is no joint property to divide, or whether joint property has yet to be divided. If so, write out how you wish for all joint assets to be divided.

Nevada Complaint For Divorce No Children Ex. F Step 8: Section eight is for wives completing the form. Here, indicate whether you would like your premarital name restored. If so, write it in. Husbands should write "n/a."
