INSTRUCTIONS: HAWAII INCOME AND EXPENSE STATEMENT (Form IF-P-081)

As part of the Hawaii divorce process, the plaintiff must submit an Income and Expense Statement when initiating the separation process. This Form IF-P-081 may also have to be completed by the defendant unless they waive their rights to contest the complaint against them, are in default or unable to obtain current financial statements. The form may be obtained from the website of Hawaii's state government. The process of completing the document is the same regardless of which party is completing it.

Hawaii Income And Expense Statement IF-P-081 Step 1: Enter the names of the plaintiff and defendant.

Hawaii Income And Expense Statement IF-P-081 Step 2: Indicate whether the plaintiff, defendant or their respective lawyers are completing this form. Enter the name and address of the person preparing the document.
