INSTRUCTIONS: DELAWARE RULE 16(c) FINANCIAL REPORT (Form 465)
Couples who have divorced or received an annulment in Delaware may have disputes regarding alimony, attorney fee payment or the division of property. In such cases, both parties must submit a Rule 16(c) Financial Report detailing all aspects of their finances. This document is made available on the state's official website.
Delaware Rule 16(c) Financial Report 465 Step 1: Enter the full name, address and annual income of both parties where indicated on page one.
Delaware Rule 16(c) Financial Report 465 Step 2: Under sections A and B, list all minor and adult children who live with either party.
Delaware Rule 16(c) Financial Report 465 Step 3: In section, describe both parties' work history for the last five years.
Delaware Rule 16(c) Financial Report 465 Step 4: Sections D through I require you to list insurance, pension plans and similar assets.
Delaware Rule 16(c) Financial Report 465 Step 5: Note any property or assets you or the respondent have transferred whose value exceeds $1,000 in the last five years.
