INSTRUCTIONS: CONNECTICUT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE (DIVORCE) JUDGMENT (Form JD-FM-177)

In Connecticut, when a divorce is completed a judge or their assistant clerk will complete a dissolution of marriage (divorce) judgment. This must be completed within 60 days of a judgment being issued and filed with the court clerk. The purpose of this document is to summarize all aspects of this divorce.
