There are ten established reasons that a marriage can be declared invalid in the state of Colorado. If you meet these criteria, you can file a petition for declaration of invalidity of marriage. This form, numbered JDF 1601, should be submitted to the family court in your area along with a Form JDF 1600, which summarizes the basic facts of your case. Both can be found on the website of Colorado's court system.
