INSTRUCTIONS: ALASKA PETITION FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE (NO MINOR CHILDREN (Form DR-100)

Couples with no children under the age of 18 may submit a joint petition for divorce. The Alaska Petition For Dissolution of Marriage with no minor children is Form DR-100, which can be downloaded from the website of the Alaska court system. Note that while this form can be completed at the couple's leisure, it must be signed in the presence of an official legally qualified to supervise these proceedings.
