INSTRUCTIONS: CONNECTICUT CASEFLOW REQUEST (Form JD-CV-116)
To request an action regarding the caseflow of your Connecticut case, a form JD-CV-116 should be used. This document can be obtained from the website of the Judicial Branch of Connecticut.
