C corporations doing business in Colorado file their state income taxes using a form 112. This document can be obtained from the website of the state government of Colorado.
Colorado State C Corporation Income Tax Return 112 Step 1: Give the beginning and ending dates of the tax year you are filing for at the top of the form.
