INSTRUCTIONS: WASHINGTON STATE CHILD SUPPORT SCHEDULE WORKSHEETS (CSW/CSWP)

In Washington state family court cases concerning child support, both parents may be required to complete a child support worksheet. This document discusses a form which can be completed by either party. This form is available on the official website of the Washington courts.

Washington State Child Support Schedule Worksheets (CSW/CSWP) Step 1: At the top of the page, give your name, your case number, the county in which you are appearing, and both parties' names.

Follow the instructions on page six of the instructions booklet for this form and use the economic table included to establish the combined basic child support obligation.
