INSTRUCTIONS: ALASKA CHILD SUPPORT GUIDELINES AFFIDAVIT [CIVIL RULE 90.3] (Form DR-305)
In all cases involving child support payments in Alaska, including divorces involving minor children, both parties will be required to submit a statement detailing their financial resources and calculating how much they should contribute to child support costs. This Form DR-305 is available on the website of the Alaska Court System.
Alaska Child Support Guidelines Affidavit [Civil Rule 90.3] DR-305 Step 1: At the top of the first page, enter the location of the court processing your case, the case number, and the names of the plaintiff and defendant where indicated.
Alaska Child Support Guidelines Affidavit [Civil Rule 90.3] DR-305 Step 2: You must provide all figures requested in either weekly or monthly form. Indicate which with a check mark. In response to all queries, provide information for both the father and mother in their respective columns.
Alaska Child Support Guidelines Affidavit [Civil Rule 90.3] DR-305 Step 3: Section A concerns gross income from wages, unemployment compensation and other sources. Total both parties' incomes where indicated.

Alaska Child Support Guidelines Affidavit [Civil Rule 90.3] DR-305 Step 5: Subtract the total from Section B from Section A to determine your net income. Enter this result in section C.
Alaska Child Support Guidelines Affidavit [Civil Rule 90.3] DR-305 Step 6: In section D, perform the calculations as instructed to determine your annual adjusted income. Perform the calculations listed in section E to determine both parents' total annual child support. If the total from your calculations in section E is less than $600, write that instead for annual child support.

Perform the calculations required in section H to determine what the monthly child support payment should be. In section I, note if the person who must pay receives seasonal income.
