INSTRUCTIONS: UTAH ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION (PROFIT)
To incorporate a business in Utah, you must submit an application. Your articles of incorporation will be processed by the state's Division of Corporations & Commercial Code. This article discusses the form submitted for a for-profit corporation.
Utah Articles Of Incorporation (Profit) Step 1: In section one, give the name of the corporation. This must include the words "Corporation," "Incorporated" or "Company," either in full or in abbreviated form.
