INSTRUCTIONS: TEXAS APPLICATION FOR RESERVATION OR RENEWAL OF RESERVATION OF AN ENTITY NAME (Form 501)

Any business which wishes to reserve a name for its sole use in Texas must file the appropriate application with the office of the secretary of state.
