INSTRUCTIONS: NV GENERAL PARTNERSHIP APPLICATION PACKET
Use this application to establish a partnership in the state of Nevada. Do not use this form if your business is exempt from licensing laws under NRS 76.020. If exempt, complete a State Business License Exemption form.
“NV General Partnership Application Packet Step 1”
A partner within the partnership needs to sign and provide their name in section 1. The signatory takes responsible for the accuracy and completeness of this form.

State the name of the partnership in section 2. Make sure the name is original and meets state requirements.

If other businesses are included in the partnership, provide the names in section 3. The state allows up to four businesses within the same partnership.

Provide the physical address for the partnership’s principal office in section 4. If the mailing address is different, list the mailing address in section 5.

List the phone number for the partnership in section 6, and include a business email in section 7. Check the box in section 7 if you want regular electronic notices.

If the partnership already has a taxpayer identification number, list the number in section 8. Do not provide a social security number.

The filing fee for this form is at least $200.00. Expedited service will cost more. Make a check payable to Secretary of State.
