INSTRUCTIONS: ARKANSAS SPECIAL EVENTS SALES TAX REPORT SCHEDULE (Form ST 370)

Promoters in charge of a special event in Arkansas should distribute a form ST 370 to all booth operators and vendors to report sales tax collections for the event. The document should be returned to the promoter at the end of the event. This form can be found on the website of the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration.
