INSTRUCTIONS: ARIZONA BUSINESS PROPERTY STATEMENT TAX YEAR 2012 INSTRUCTIONS (Form 82520-I)
Owners of Arizona personal property must file an annual business property statement if sent a form, notice or demand by the county assessor. The form must be obtained from the county assessor's office, but instruction form 82520-I can be obtained from the website maintained by the Arizona Department of Revenue.
