When disputing an Arizona property valuation made on an income basis, a form 82300 stating income and expenses for the last three years is filed. A form 82300-3 is filed as a supplement if the property in question is a hotel, motel or resort. Both documents can be obtained from the website of the Arizona Department of Revenue.
