To claim an Arizona property tax refund or credit, file a form 140PTC. This document can be obtained from the website of the Arizona Department of Revenue.

Arizona Property Tax Refund (Credit) Claim 140PTC Step 1: On line 1, enter your first name, middle initial, last name and Social Security number. Provide the same information for your spouse if filing a joint claim.
