INSTRUCTIONS: ALABAMA UNDERPAYMENT OF ESTIMATED TAX BY INDIVIDUALS (Form 2210AL)

Those who have failed to pay or underpaid their Alabama state income tax liabilities should file a form 2210AL with their 40 or 40NR tax returns. This documents your penalties owed. The form can be found on the website of the Alabama Department of Revenue.

Alabama Underpayment Of Estimated Tax By Individuals 2210AL Step 1: At the top of the form, enter your name as it is recorded on your tax return and your identifying number.

Alabama Underpayment Of Estimated Tax By Individuals 2210AL Step 2: Part I calculates your annual payment for those subject to the underestimation penalty. Enter your net tax due after credits on line 1.
